Welcome to Boot Camp 2.0!!!!
This subject has a BIG fitness focus and is for those students who already enjoy exercise. It is hoped that together as a class we will decide what exactly we will do , but you will be given the opportunity to (and required to) push yourself to your limits individually and as a part of a group.
Some concepts covered in this subject include:
• Fitness assessment
• Fitness components
• Training methods
• Program planning
• Change of clothes for practical lessons.
• Attitude and motivation to push yourself physically nearly every lesson.
• Personal fitness goals that you will be motivated to work towards.
